The Cellar Ramasetter and Krigler Inn is located at one of the most attractive and spectacular points of the small, baroque styled Hungarian town, Sümeg. For us it is a well-known, pleasurable feeling to see again and again as our arriving guests are standing on the terrace of  our house, being enchanted by the one of the most beautiful panorama of Hungary, ruled by the unique view of the largest castle of the Transdanubian region.

We offer our guests plentiful, rural breakfast made up of the products of our private family farmyard and also a wide range of quality wine rarities manufactured by our own winery. The Krigler Inn is built over a 200 years old wine cellar, the Cellar Ramasetter, which we had renovated to preserve its original, nostalgic spirit. This ancient vine cellar provides an ideal spot for wine-tastings, wine-diners as well.

The Cellar Ramasetter and Krigler Inn with this marvellous background of the town of Sümeg is a great starting point to discover Western Hungary’s worldwide famous tourism centres. Lake Balaton, the biggest sweet water lake of Central Europe; Hévíz, with the largest thermal lake of Europe; the Cave Lake, a unique attraction of the town of Tapolca; other castles and ruins of the region (Keszthely, Szigliget, Tátika, Nagyvázsony, Veszprém); they all are within an hour’s trip from our house.

Due to the tranquil and familiar conditions and the supreme hospitality, most of our guests return to our house from time to time.
